Founder of Clos Andino in 2007, coming from a Spanish father and French mother, he was born in France and became an agriculture Engineer and Winemaker at the École Supérieure d'Agronomie of Montpellier. It has an MBA at the San Francisco University in United States, and has worked as winemaker for Champagne Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin, France. Later, he worked as winemaker and general manager and finally as Vice-President for Development at the Research Center of Pernod Ricard group.
French Consultant and former winemaker director at Moët et Chandon, leader Company in France for making Champagne, Pommery and Lanson among others. He got a title from École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie from Paris-Grignon and studied the specialty of Viticulture and Winemaking at l‘École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie of Montpellier.
