The reception of the grapes, all manually harvested, is made in trays or bins depending of every case. After grinding it, it is cooled at 10-15°C if necessary, and it follows a cared vinification which parameters change depending on the vine and the year. Part of this is made in stainless steel tanks and another part is made in French oak and American barrels, to go on with the so important stage of the cuts; all that under the control of a wine lab located in the same winery. All the production is in a HACCP certification process. Finally, the wine is prepared for the botting, labelling and delivery to Chile or the rest of the world.
